What We Do

My stress consultancy-relaxation methods teach relaxation techniques to all. From children to elderly, to improve health and well-being in daily life.

I run six week out door relaxation and mindfulness sessions for children.

I run small group youth mindfulness sessions from my practice in Saffron Walden and at a local nature reserve.

I run wellbeing workshops for business.

I run a six session wellbeing and relaxation course for adults.

I offer one to one sessions to enable people to tailor relaxation to their own personal needs.

I specialise in working with people with additional needs, to help them learn coping strategies and enable them to learn relaxation and mindfulness methods to reduce sensory overload. I work closely with parents and carers or one-to-one supporters in schools to make the school time table more accessible.
